When the writer and poet inside me indulge in a conversation.
Ok!! Let's begin to write about something.
Umm!! About what? Even though this world is full of unresolved mysteries, misunderstood psychologies, failed relationships waiting to be counselled, depressed individuals in a desperate need of a moral boost, why do I still feel short of topics to write about.
Alright. So we can write some other day.
No. Today, at this very moment. It is this moment where I fell this insatiable hunger, unquenched thirst and the sight of that fully loaded pen wanting to bleed makes me so desperate that I might drown if words don't save me today.
Ok!! Then write but don't get so dramatic. Keep it simple and straight.
Have you never heard nature's musings in the morning. The sweet bird chirping, crunchy crackling sound of leaves, the night's secrets whispered by the breeze, the shrieking of waves ready to engulf everything that is anything but rock strong. Have you not noticed how they combine in a perfect harmony to create the most melodious music ever heard and the most inspiring song ever written. When Mother Nature chooses complications how can an avid nature lover and keen observer in me ever stay simple.
Well!! That was a pretty nice and wise selection of words.
Hold on!! I do not choose words. Words choose me. I am just a humble person whose pen gives life to these words. These words make me. These words give me recognition. These words give me my identity. I will be like that empty house of cells if not for words that make it a home.
Don't you think it's after reading that you absorb words and that's how you get to choose the correct ones. Take some credit for it.
True, I read. I read like a never fed bookworm who will probably not live to see the next morning. All that he has is today and he can't waste a single moment in doing anything but reading.
But I still believe that's not me who chooses to read. It is the books that beckon me. Those perfectly aligned words that make sentences too tempting . The words that are wise enough not to allow anyone to dominate. It's only when arranged with their correct partners do they hum the unrevealed, the unresolved and the unsaid wisdom.
Sure, words choose me, I do not choose them.
Ok you win.
We both win. If not for your questions, if not for your curiosity and if not for your thoughts what would I have beautified. Thank you for satisfying my hunger, for quenching my thirst and for bringing my pen to peace.
We both are in the same boat fighting same problems, talking of same issues just that you choose to be straight and harsh and I be the one always diplomatic and deep.
